Account deletion

You may request deletion of your DZ Ecommerce account (mobile app and store editor) and its associated data at any time, without needing to open the app.

How to make the request

Send us a deletion request through one of these channels:

Include the name or phone number associated with your store and the subject "Account deletion". For your security, we may ask you to confirm your identity before processing the request.

Processing time

Your account and data are deleted within 30 days of confirming your request.

Data deleted

• Account identity: name, email, phone, password.
• Store: products, pages, settings, and store parameters.
• The mobile app's push notification token.

Data retained

To meet our legal and accounting obligations (invoicing, fraud prevention, disputes), we retain the history of already-finalized orders and transactions for the legally required period, anonymized as soon as possible. This data is not used for any other purpose and is deleted when the legal period expires.
