Terms of use and sale

These terms govern access to and use of the DZ Ecommerce platform (website, store editor, and mobile app). By creating an account or a store, you accept these terms.

1. The service

DZ Ecommerce provides online software (SaaS) for creating, managing, and running an e-commerce store in Algeria: product pages, orders, cash on delivery (COD) with confirmation calls, delivery integrations (Yalidine, ZR Express), and a mobile management app.

2. Account and store

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for any activity carried out from your account.
• You are solely responsible for the content of your store (products, prices, descriptions, visuals) and must comply with Algerian legislation applicable to online commerce.
• Prohibited: illegal products, counterfeits, misleading content, cash-on-delivery fraud, and any use that harms third parties or the platform.

3. Subscription and payment

Access to paid features requires a subscription whose rates are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are in Algerian dinars (DZD). Unless stated otherwise, the subscription renews for the same period until cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, without pro-rata refund except where the law provides otherwise.

4. Delivery and cash on delivery

Orders placed on your store are shipped through our delivery partners. Lead times, covered areas, and delivery fees are those communicated by these partners and may vary by wilaya. DZ Ecommerce facilitates label generation and tracking but is not a carrier: transport liability lies with the chosen delivery partner.

5. Service availability

We take reasonable measures to ensure the platform's availability and security, without guaranteeing total absence of interruptions (maintenance, outages, events beyond our control).

6. Intellectual property

The platform, its brand, and its content (excluding content you upload) remain the property of DZ Ecommerce. You retain ownership of your store's content and grant us the limited license necessary to host and display it.

7. Termination and account deletion

You may close your account at any time. See our Account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these terms, with prior notice except in emergencies (fraud, security).

8. Liability

DZ Ecommerce is not liable for disputes between you and your end customers, nor for indirect losses related to the use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy.

10. Changes to the terms

We may modify these terms; the date at the top of the page indicates the latest revision. In case of significant changes, we will inform you by email or notification. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Algerian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Algerian courts, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
